Fighting the Odds – with 13 countries at our side.
THE CHALLENGE:
Young Latina Day, a multi-country event, was planned for April 11th 2020. Young Latina Day is an event that has been held for 4 consecutive years. This year, it was scheduled to happen amid the coronavirus breakout. We had over 13 countries involved, several locations, hundreds of guests, and a full day of events planned. With the outbreak, our original plans and vision of what we would be able to do became very limited. Yet we knew, we were going to make it happen! We adapted quickly to a 100% virtual event that lasted from 8am-3pm and was broadcasted around the world.
THE SOLUTION:
With the majority of this even going virtual, we started with social media sites to spread the word. 50 Inspiration Agents from all over the world were selected to lead their local campaigns. The agents we’re equipped with a promotional kit of marketing materials, profile photos, graphics, images, stats and more. The online buzz was quickly growing.
The event was planned out down to the minute. Each agent was given a copy of the schedule spanning from 8am – 3pm. With 15-35-minute segments each all inspiration agents had an opportunity to share their inspirational message to all the young Latinas watching from all over the world. This event was executed seamlessly, due to the preparation, timeline, and meticulous detail put into it.
