THE CHALLENGE

Gabriela Rodil & Co. came to JJR with an assignment. As a newer consulting firm that helps small and mid-sized businesses with reliable financial reporting and performance, efficient processes and IT tools, they needed a website that best represented their results-driven energy and also communicated exactly what they did.

Although the CEO Gabriela Rodil is gregarious, fun, feminine and personable, she is also a financial dynamo with a serious drive for her clients. She wanted the look of the website to portray a stronger feel in colors and content, in contrast to the misty pastels of her previous site. She also wanted it to present her company as a larger firm and appear more modern and upscale, to reflect the overall business approach of the enterprise. Finally, the website would need to convert customers, be mobile-friendly and SEO optimized so that it would perform well with search engines.

SOLUTION:

For the company’s brand and look, JJR went with a rich, black and gold color scheme that expresses both wealth and depth, two qualities represented by the services at GR&C.

The change in content approach from flowery to specific helps present GR&C as a focused, driven company and allows the site visitor to immediately identify and process the company’s main services. JJR used hard-hitting headlines over paragraphs of content. Laden with rich keywords, these headlines are not only informative and easy to read but also strategically developed to pull visitors to the site.

JJR also improved the navigation of the site by channeling visitors into one of three directions based on the answer to three questions.

On the interior pages, the website is extremely scannable, thanks to the use of shorter sentences and bullet points. Sections like client profile and key capabilities are boldly specific, beckoning the right audience to fill out the contact form.

Finally, the site Is mobile friendly, well optimized and on a WordPress platform for easy updates and customization going forward.

RESULTS

GR&C is thrilled with their new website and has seen measurable performance in both hits and conversions.

Thanks to the new platform, they are now better able to update their site. Customers can view on mobile and other portable devices and the entire look and feel of the site more closely aligns with the culture of the company.
