Starting a New Era
The Challenge
Estefania Roa became President and CEO of L.B. Hall Fireproofing after 10 years with the Crystal Lake, Illinois, company. Estefania was excited to start a new era for the business and wanted to showcase that they are a proud woman and Latina-owned business. She also wanted to get their name out into the media, to share what L.B. Hall does and what sets them apart from other fireproofing contractors.
The Solutions
JJR Marketing kicked off the campaign with a fresh new logo inspired by a phoenix bird which included strong feminine colors like pink, yellow, orange, and red. We designed and ordered new gear for the L.B. Hall crews, including custom 3M hard hats and new decals for the vehicle fleet. We also sent out a unique, informative, and personalized messages to their clients and prospects while simultaneously making an official announcement to the media and public about the logo update and management change at L.B. Hall.
We crafted a press release to let the media and industry outlets know about the changes and to help them get to know L.B. Hall better. We were also able to nominate Estefania and L.B. Hall for several award recognitions. Using these directed and effective marketing methods, we were able to help L.B. Hall get on the map, share their new story, and elevate their overall brand.
